- ‣Prepayment — 80%; the remaining 20% is paid before removal of products from the warehouse.
- ‣Warranty for interior benches — 12 months. For outdoor benches the warranty does not apply.
- ‣All prices are VAT exclusive, for interior benches oiled in “teak / walnut”, supplied disassembled. Outdoor benches cost 10% more. Delivery and installation in Almaty +7–10% to the cost of products.
- ‣Delivery conditions — EXW Incoterms 2020, Almaty.
- ‣Manufacturing terms — from 10 to 60 working days.
Notes
- ‣* Dimensions of products may differ in length by 5%, in width and height by 6 mm — this is not a defect.
- ‣Visible defects of wood, different shades or texture between segments, darkening on the wood edges from oil, and the presence of fallen-out or puttied knots are also not defects.
- ‣All products are made of natural wood (moisture-resistant, emission class E1) and coated with oil.

Finishes
Painting samples · oilNo colour menu — the finish follows the use. Interior pieces keep the pale, natural tone; outdoor pieces get a warm, UV-resistant oiled tone that stands up to sun and rain.
